Information used to provide access
When you sign in or purchase, the service processes your account identifier and contact information, and records which title you purchased and whether the associated payment is confirmed, refunded or disputed. Technical information needed for authentication, security, streaming and troubleshooting may also be processed.
Payment information
Stripe provides the hosted payment page and processes the payment. Before you create an account, DoramaFlix records the email provided at Stripe checkout, payment status and transaction identifiers to match your purchase to the same verified account email and, when appropriate, revoke access. Do not send full card numbers or card security codes to DoramaFlix support.
Service providers
DoramaFlix uses Supabase for authentication and access records, Stripe for payment processing, and Bunny Stream for video delivery. These providers process information as needed to perform their respective services and have their own privacy notices.
How information is used
We use this information to operate accounts, fulfill purchases, protect paid content, investigate issues and abuse, and handle legitimate billing disputes. We keep records as needed for service operation, fraud prevention, legal compliance and dispute resolution.
Requests and questions
You may contact Customer Support to request information about account data, corrections or deletion, subject to legal recordkeeping obligations. Please do not include payment-card details in a request.
